You were so much to so many. Bishop Eddie Long, senior pastor of Atlanta's New Birth Missionary Baptist Church's has died, according to the church. Bishop Long will be remembered by those who loved him as one of the nation's greatest spiritual leaders. Vanessa, and family and the new Birth family are in my prayers. Bishop healed my heart and my pain by speaking to my spirit every Sunday. Bishop was a resident of Lithonia, Georgia at the time of passing. -, My condolences to the family of Mr Long, times like this is never easy but knowing that our heavenly Father is loving and watching and listening to our cries helps knowing that it is Him that is giving you the strength to put one in front of the other as you do the important things each day. Bishop Eddie Long has passed away after a long health challenge and a battle with cancer. He is survived by his wife, Vanessa Long; four children, Eric, Edward, Jared and Taylor; and three grandchildren. Please know that God cares about how you feel and invites you to let him help you.
