green is much more of a christian than i am, but the opening title tune with its christian theme is a very pleasant rock tune, even though the subject matter doesn't stir me......it's just a great tune!

Let me preface this review by saying that I love Peter Green's work, and I've been very open to and appreciative of his comeback with the Splinter Group after his psychiatric troubles. Just bought 3 Greens albums, first fleetwood mac this and white sky. Whilst some of Peter Green's later albums can be a little mixed, this is full of good stuff. Many folks only like Peter's work from before he left Fleetwood Mac, but I'm not one of those folks -- I've appreciated different stages of his career and have a soft spot for his musical art both before and after.

the next vocal tune is a sweet rockin' slow 12-bar blues reminding one of peter's beginnings in the '60s with john mayall's blues breakers (not to mention fleetwood mac)....a nice addition and the only blues tune on this album.
