The chime unit is loud and all you have to do is plug it in and follow the simple online instructions to set the wifi and sound you want it to play...You can even log in to your Ring floodlights on Any computer... the only downfall i have found is you can't control the videos from your computer. I have followed every instruction I can find online to reconnect it, but it refuses to connect to the doorbell.
